R/H Skinny Scrunchie is the perfect mini accessory. The scrunchie is made of high-quality jacquard fabric. The scrunchie is also perfect for a spring party outfit and for moments when you want to decorate your hairstyle with a little extra color and sparkle. All R/H Scrunchies are made from surplus fabric, which minimizes the amount of fabric that ends up as waste.
