Kauniste is a company founded in Helsinki in 2008. Kauniste designs and manufactures textiles that are bursting with joy and color, combining the works of illustrators and visual artists with ecological products used every day.

Kaunisteen's patterns are created by hand drawing, cutting out patterns from paper and painting with bold brush strokes. "We believe that the designer's handprint is visible in the final product."

Kaunisteen's patterns always have their own charm and story to tell. Kaunisteen's textiles are manufactured in Europe, from weaving the fabrics to printing and sewing the finished product. The manufacturing process uses natural materials as raw materials, as well as a high-quality and ethical manufacturing process.
