Ordering

1. Ordering

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation or encounter any problems with your order, please contact our customer service:

Subscribers under the age of 18 need a guardian's consent to order.


2. Payment methods

Paying in W Design's online store is safe and easy. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Card payments: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express

  • Online banking payments: All Finnish banks via Paytrail

  • MobilePay

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Klarna: Pay Now, Pay Later or Split Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paytrail and Klarna, and payment transactions are always carried out in a secure connection.


3. Prices

All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include VAT of 25.5% .
Shipping costs will be added to the order according to the selected shipping method.

W Design reserves the right to change prices. The price valid at the time of order will always apply to the order.


4. Delivery

Orders are delivered via Posti either:

  • as a postal package

  • in a small package

  • as an express package

The delivery includes an electronic arrival notification via text message or email. The shipment can be picked up immediately after the notification is received.

W Design delivers products to Finland and abroad. If the customer wishes to use another shipping service, delivery terms and prices will be agreed separately with W Design before ordering.


5. Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return a product, please always contact us first by email:

Right of return

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer has a 14-day right of cancellation and return , which begins upon receipt of the product.

The right of return only applies to:

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • saleable products

Return costs

The customer is responsible for the return costs themselves. This also applies to uncollected shipments.

Upon return, the following will be refunded:

  • product price

  • original shipping costs according to the cheapest shipping method in accordance with consumer protection legislation

Return instructions

When requesting a refund, please state:

  • name

  • e-mail address

  • telephone number

  • order number

Faulty or damaged product

If the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit:

  • contact customer service

  • Returns are free of charge for the customer.

  • use W Design's customer return code

If the package is damaged in transit, first file a damage report with Posti and then contact W Design.


6. Deliveries outside the EU

Delivery time to countries outside the EU is estimated to be 6–14 business days .
W Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country.

Important

The recipient's phone number and email address are necessary for successful delivery.

Unclaimed shipments will be returned to the sender. Shipping costs will not be refunded for unclaimed shipments.

Customs and taxes

All orders shipped outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis .

This means that:

  • Product prices do not include customs duties or taxes.

  • The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees of the destination country.

  • W Design does not charge or set these fees.

We cannot refund orders that are returned due to non-payment of customs duties.

All orders are shipped from Finland. The country of origin of the products is stated in the necessary documents.


7. Changes to the terms and conditions

W Design reserves the right to change the terms of delivery and sale.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering.
