Ordering
1. ORDERING
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In case of problems, you can contact info@wdesignfinland.com. Subscribers under the age of 18 must obtain the guardian's consent for their order.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay by invoice, online bank payment, Visa and Mastercard.
3. PRICES
Prices include VAT. 24%. Delivery costs are added to the order. The valid price is in euros (EUR). W Design Finland reserves the right to price changes.
4. MAILING
Delivered via Posti as a postal package, small package or express package.
The package service includes an electronic arrival notification as a text message or email. When the recipient receives information about the shipment, they can pick it up immediately.
W Design Finland delivers products in Finland (also to foreign countries by separate agreement). W Design Finland's deliveries take place via Posti. If the consumer wants to use a different transport service, the prices and terms will be agreed separately with W Design Finland.
5. REFUNDS
If you want to return products, please contact us first by email: info@wdesignfinland.com
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. When returning the product, the customer must contact us via this contact form within 14 days of receiving the order.
The customer pays the return costs themselves. This also applies to uncollected products. The price is affected by the size of the package. When returning the product, an amount equal to the original delivery price will be refunded. Enter the following information on the contact form: Name, e-mail address, and in the message field the phone number and Order code from the order confirmation.
If there is a defect in the quality of the product, the return of the product is free for the customer. The customer sends the product using the original delivery package with the seller's W Design Finland customer return code. In unclear situations, you can order new information by email: info@wdesignfinland.com
If the shipment is damaged during postal transport, immediately report the damage to the post office. After that, contact us: info@wdesignfinland.com to arrange the delivery of the new product.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. In connection with the order, the customer commits to the delivery terms valid at any given time.
6. DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU AREA
The delivery time is 6-14 working days. W Design Finland is not responsible for delays that may be caused by customs procedures in the destination country.
IMPORTANT: The recipient's phone number and email address on the address label play an important role in reaching the recipient in the destination country.
Received packages are delivered to the recipient or to a pick-up point in the destination country. The goods are usually stored for 14 days after the attempted delivery or collection. An unclaimed package will be returned to the sender.
All countries outside the EU (European Union) are delivered on the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all displayed product prices do not include taxes and duties. W Design Finland does not determine or charge these fees. As the recipient, you are responsible for all taxes, customs duties and sales taxes in the importing country. W Design Finland is not responsible for possible import duties and local taxes, and we cannot refund orders that are returned to us due to non-payment of duties. All orders are delivered from Finland. The country of origin of each product is stated in the documents (only non-EU orders).
