1. REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order is used only for the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities that arise in it. Otherwise, the matter will be mentioned separately. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time. Subscribers under the age of 18 must obtain the guardian's consent for their order.

2. ORDER BINDING
Communication between the parties takes place via e-mail. After placing the order, the consumer undertakes to monitor his email to receive the order confirmation.
The binding sales contract comes into force when W Design Finland has sent the order confirmation by e-mail.
The consumer has the right to cancel the whole order or part of the order by e-mail before the order is delivered. Delivery has taken place when the order or notification that the order can be picked up from the post office has been delivered to the consumer.
After placing the consumer's order, W Design Finland does not have the right to change the contract terms.
All prices include VAT 24%. The current price is visible in the online store. The current price is in euros (EUR).
4. PAYMENT TERMS
You can pay by invoice, online bank payment, Visa and Mastercard.
5. SHIPMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Sometimes it can happen that, despite careful packing, packages can be damaged during transport. That's why it's good to check its condition when you pick up the package. If the package is damaged in transit and if the ordered product / products are also damaged, file a damage report immediately at the nearest post office. After that, contact us to arrange the delivery of the new product.
If the wrong product has been delivered to the consumer, the product is damaged, etc., the consumer must notify firstname.lastname@example.org within a reasonable time. Incorrect delivery will be returned free of postage. The return takes place after the complaint has been made. After receiving the returned item, W Design Finland will immediately return the purchase price that may have already been paid to the customer.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
W Design Finland is not responsible for the fact that the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond W Design Finland's control, such as war, natural disasters, export or import bans, authority decisions, disruption of public transport or other similar activities that complicate or prevent W Design Finland's operations .
8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Disputes and disagreements arising from this distance sales contract are governed by Finnish law.
