TERMS OF USE

1. REGISTRATION AND PROVISION OF CUSTOMER DATA

All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order is used only for the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities that may arise. Otherwise, the matter will be mentioned separately. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms and conditions in force at any time. Subscribers under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a guardian for their order.

The consumer must exercise caution and care when using the online store.

2. BINDING STATUS OF THE ORDER

Communication between the parties will take place via email. After placing an order, the consumer undertakes to monitor their email to receive an order confirmation.

A binding sales contract comes into force when W Design Finland has sent an order confirmation by email.

The consumer has the right to cancel the entire order or part of the order by email before the order is delivered. Delivery has taken place when the consumer has been delivered the order or notified that the order is available for collection from the post office.

After the consumer places an order, W Design Finland does not have the right to change the terms and conditions.

3. PRICES

All prices include VAT at 25.5%. The current price is displayed in the online store. The current price is in euros (EUR).

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Paying in W Design's online store is safe and easy. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Card payments: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express

  • Online banking payments: All Finnish banks via Paytrail

  • MobilePay

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Klarna – Pay Now, Pay Later or Split Payments

All payments are processed securely through our partners Paytrail and Klarna, and the payment transaction always takes place over an encrypted connection.

5. SHIPMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT

Sometimes, despite careful packaging, packages can be damaged during transport. Therefore, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package when you pick it up. If the package has been damaged in transport and if the ordered product(s) are also damaged, immediately report the damage to the nearest post office. Then contact us to arrange the delivery of a new product.

6. COMPLAINT

If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, the product is damaged, etc., the consumer must notify the matter within a reasonable time to info@wdesignfinland.com. The incorrect delivery will be returned free of postage. The return will take place after a complaint has been made. After receiving the returned goods, W Design Finland will immediately refund any purchase price already paid to the customer.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

W Design Finland is not responsible for the fact that the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond W Design Finland's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision of an authority, disruption of public transport or other similar activities that hinder or prevent W Design Finland's operations.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Finnish law shall apply to disputes and disagreements arising from this distance selling agreement.
