TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. REGISTRATION AND DISCLOSURE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

All customer information is treated confidentially. Contact details requested when placing an order are used solely for processing and delivering the order or resolving any issues related to it. In other cases, this will be stated separately.

By placing an order, customers are deemed to have read and accepted the current delivery terms and conditions. Customers under the age of 18 must have permission from their legal guardian.

Customers are expected to exercise due care and diligence when using the online store.

2. BINDING NATURE OF ORDERS

Communication between the parties takes place primarily via email. Customers agree to monitor their email after placing an order in order to receive the order confirmation.

A binding sales agreement is formed when W Design has sent an order confirmation by email.

Customers have the right to cancel all or part of an order by email before it has been dispatched. Delivery is considered completed when the order has been delivered to the customer or when the customer has been notified that the order is available for collection.

After an order has been placed, W Design does not have the right to alter the terms of the agreement.

3. PRICES

All prices include Finnish VAT of 25.5%. The valid price is displayed in the online store. All prices are shown in euros (EUR).

4. PAYMENT TERMS

The most common payment methods are available at checkout.

5. SHIPMENTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

Despite careful packaging, parcels may occasionally be damaged during transport. Therefore, customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel upon receipt.

If the parcel has been damaged during transport and the ordered product(s) have also been damaged, please file a damage report immediately with the shipping company and contact us to arrange the delivery of a replacement product.

6. COMPLAINTS

If the customer has received the wrong product, the product is damaged, or there is another issue with the order, the customer must notify us within a reasonable time at info@wdesignfinland.com.

Incorrect deliveries may be returned free of charge after a complaint has been made. Once W Design Finland has received the returned item, any amount already paid will be refunded to the customer without undue delay.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

W Design shall not be liable for delays, difficulties or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including war, natural disasters, export or import restrictions, decisions by authorities, disruptions in public transportation, or other similar events affecting W Design's operations.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this distance selling agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Finnish law.
