Refund policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by email at info@wdesignfinland.com.
Customers have a 30-day right of return in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact info@wdesignfinland.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This also applies to unclaimed parcels. Return shipping costs depend on the size of the parcel. In addition, a €5 handling fee will be charged for unclaimed parcels.
When returning a product, we will refund the amount corresponding to the original shipping fee paid. Please include the following information in your message:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Order number from your order confirmation
If a product is defective or faulty, the return is free of charge for the customer. Please use the original shipping package bearing the W Design Finland customer return label. If you need further information, please contact us at info@wdesignfinland.com.
If your shipment has been damaged during transport, please file a damage report with the shipping company immediately. After that, contact us at info@wdesignfinland.com to arrange the delivery of a replacement product.
Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer an exchange service. The best way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return your current item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
We reserve the right to amend our delivery and return terms. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
