Shipping policy

TERMS OF DELIVERY

1. ORDERING

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you experience any issues, please contact us at info@wdesignfinland.com.

Customers under the age of 18 must have permission from their legal guardian to place an order.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via online banking, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other payment methods available at checkout.

3. PRICES

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include Finnish VAT of 25.5%.

Shipping costs will be added at checkout according to the selected delivery method.

W Design reserves the right to make price changes.

4. SHIPPING

W Design delivers products within Finland and internationally.

Orders are shipped using selected delivery partners, including Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, GLS, UPS, DPD and EMS, depending on the destination and delivery option chosen by the customer.

Customers receive an electronic notification by text message or email once their parcel has arrived and is ready for collection.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Finland: 2–5 business days

  • EU countries: 4–12 business days

  • Outside the EU: 6–14 business days

W Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs procedures.

5. RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by email at info@wdesignfinland.com.

Customers have a 30-day right of return in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This also applies to unclaimed parcels. Return shipping costs depend on the size of the parcel. In addition, a €5 handling fee will be charged for unclaimed parcels.

Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Order number from your order confirmation

If a product is defective or faulty, returns are free of charge for the customer. Please use the original shipping packaging whenever possible.

If your shipment has been damaged during transport, please file a damage report with the shipping company immediately and then contact us at info@wdesignfinland.com to arrange a replacement product.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer an exchange service.

The best way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return your current item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

W Design reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms in force at the time of purchase.

6. SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Delivery time is approximately 6–14 business days.

All orders shipped outside the European Union are delivered according to the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) principle.

Displayed prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. W Design Finland does not determine or collect these charges.

As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local taxes.

W Design Finland is not responsible for customs charges and cannot refund orders returned due to unpaid customs fees.

All orders are shipped from Finland.

The country of origin of each product is stated in the shipping documents for orders outside the European Union.

IMPORTANT: The recipient's phone number and email address on the shipping label are essential for successful delivery in the destination country.
